Job description
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van engineering feasibility studies, inclusief scope-optieanalyses en kosten-batenafwegingen.
- Ontwikkelen van early scope definities, inclusief capital estimates, risicoanalyses en planningen.
- Ondersteunen bij conceptueel en haalbaarheidsontwerp in een vroeg stadium van projecten.
- Samenwerken met multidisciplinaire teams om projectdoelen te vertalen naar technische oplossingen.
- Begeleiden van projecten binnen technologiegebieden zoals:
- Small molecule productie (synthese)
- Manufacturing & Packaging
- Drug Substance (API) en Drug Product (Parenteral & OSD)
- In latere fases: biotherapeutics
- Rapporteren aan het globale projectmanagement en bijdragen aan beslissingen rond investeringskeuzes.
Key responsabilities
- Identify compliance gaps and risks within the organisation.
- Drafting an action plan to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
- Implement improvement measures within the quality and contamination control strategy.
- Preparing for and supervising inspections (audits), including documentation and training.
- Advising and training employees on GMP and compliance processes.
- Lead and support critical quality projects to ensure sustainable compliance.
Your profile
- Master in Chemische, Mechanische of Elektrotechnische Ingenieurswetenschappen (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
- Minstens 7 jaar ervaring met engineeringprojecten binnen de farmaceutische industrie.
- Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en vermogen om autonoom te werken.
- Vloeiend in Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Communicatief sterk, besluitvaardig en in staat om stakeholders mee te nemen in je analyses en adviezen.
