Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Uitvoeren van berekeningen voor drukontlasting (relief valve sizing).
- Beoordelen van thermische risico’s, runaway reactions en warmtebalansberekeningen.
- Maken van explosie- en brandscenarioanalyses (incl. gasdispersiestudies, BLEVE, jet fire, pool fire).
- Ondersteunen van HAZOP- en LOPA-studies met kwantitatieve berekeningen.
- Interpreteren van procesdata en P&ID’s om veiligheidskritische parameters te bepalen.
- Verzamelen en toepassen van gegevens uit literatuur, databanken of experimentele testen (bv. chemische reactiedata).
- Schrijven van technische rapporten en aanbevelingen op basis van berekeningsresultaten.
- Samenwerken met procesingenieurs, HSE-experts, projectteams en externe studiebureaus.
Key responsabilities
- Identify compliance gaps and risks within the organisation.
- Drafting an action plan to mitigate risks and improve compliance.
- Implement improvement measures within the quality and contamination control strategy.
- Preparing for and supervising inspections (audits), including documentation and training.
- Advising and training employees on GMP and compliance processes.
- Lead and support critical quality projects to ensure sustainable compliance.
Your profile
- Master in chemische technologie, procestechnologie, veiligheidstechniek of een gelijkwaardige technische richting
- Ervaring (minstens 2-3 jaar) in procesveiligheid of een technische berekeningsfunctie binnen de industrie
- Grondige kennis van relevante normen en richtlijnen
- Ervaring met tools zoals DWSIM, Aspen Plus, Phast, CFD-software, of Excel-gebaseerde calculaties
- Sterk analytisch inzicht, nauwkeurigheid en een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin
- Goede technische schrijfvaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels
- Kritische denker met een gestructureerde werkhouding
- Kennis rond ATEX and Atex impact assessment
