As a project employee, you can use your knowledge to make a difference. In my current project, I’m helping to shape new processes and adapt old ones. It’s hard work, but also really satisfying. This project suits my ambitions and capabilities perfectly. This is thanks to Bénédicte, my project manager. We ran through a number of projects together and this one immediately stood out.
Select Projects gives you the feeling that something exciting is brewing. You’re not treated like a number, but more like a person. When there was too much work in our department, the search began for a new colleague. I was involved in the application process during the selection of candidates. The monthly lunch with the complete Select Projects project team also creates the feeling that everyone is aiming for the same goal.
Project work is really my kind of thing. I love all the variation in the projects: different focus points, different customers, different colleagues. You can expand your network and knowledge, as well as remaining up-to-date on the job market. Also, project work at Select Projects means you can always turn to an understanding professional with any questions or remarks you may have. They know their people.
