Job description
• Garantir le respect des normes internes et réglementaires sur le terrain.
• Piloter 2 chefs d’équipe et organiser la répartition des ressources sur 2 shifts.
• Gérer les présences, évaluer la performance et accompagner les opérateurs.
• Planifier le recours aux intérimaires selon la charge.
• Décliner le plan mensuel en objectifs journaliers et hebdomadaires.
• Assurer l’atteinte des volumes, la qualité en cours et la maîtrise des pertes.
• Saisir et fiabiliser les données (SAP, ordres de fabrication, écarts matières).
• Exploiter les indicateurs (OEE, rebuts, arrêts) pour prioriser les actions d’amélioration.
• Renseigner les rapports de poste, les handovers et les fiches d’incident.
• Suivre la justesse des stocks en production (comptages, mouvements SAP).
• Contrôler la disponibilité et la consommation des consommables.
Your profile
• Justifier de 5 ans d’expérience en milieu manufacturier, dont 2 en gestion d’équipe.
• Maîtriser SAP, Excel et les outils de reporting (Power BI = un atout).
• Communiquer couramment en anglais.
• Certification Lean ou Six Sigma appréciée.
