Your development
Our employees
are our capital
Our employees deliver the highest quality and ensure that our customers can continue to grow. That is why we believe it is important to keep developing them.

How do we support you to
become the best version of yourself

Competence centres
The Competence Centre is a platform within Select Projects where we focus on the development of our employees and our organisation. In a Competence Center, we gather expertise to develop important competences and stimulate knowledge sharing among our employees.

Select Projects Academy
Twice a year, we bring everyone together for a training day. You are given a choice of options. Beforehand, you get to meet your colleagues and afterwards we socialise with a snack and drink. In addition to our Academy Day, we also organise training, learning snacks and information sessions throughout the year

Growth Perspective Model
Wondering how you can grow within our organisation? The Growth Perspective Model gives you insight into your possible roles, responsibilities and development levels.
Our five pillars for
a fruitful career

Strong focus on your growth
Thanks to our team of mediors and seniors, you will receive guidance from experienced professionals and the chance to develop further.

People-oriented culture
A safe, transparent and engaging working environment where well-being is key.

Opportunities to make an impact
Work on challenging projects at leading companies, where your expertise really makes a difference.

Flexibility and customisation
Choose a project that suits your talents, ambitions and work-life balance.

Access to a wide network
Benefit from our extensive network and grow through knowledge sharing, training and collaboration.
Innovating together, connecting together
At Select Projects, we are the safe haven where our professionals come together, share experiences and strengthen each other. As far as we are concerned, connection moments are essential and go beyond your workplace. Think an Apero Sportivo, Christmas radio, having lunch together, team building, a summer party, or a trip to the Efteling.
