Job description
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor:
- Het opstellen, optimaliseren en controleren van batchsamenstellingen voor diverse glasproducten.
- Het bewaken en afstellen van de furnace om continu gesmolten glas van hoge kwaliteit te garanderen.
- Procesbewaking: temperatuur, energieverbruik, chemische samenstelling en veiligheid.
- Samenwerking met productie, onderhoud en kwaliteit om een efficiënt en stabiel productieproces te waarborgen.
Your profile
- Technische achtergrond in glasproductie, procesengineering of chemische/materialenkennis specifiek toegepast in glas.
- Praktische ervaring met batchbereiding, smeltovens (furnaces) en continue productieprocessen.
- Kennis van kwaliteitsparameters en analytische controle van gesmolten glas.
- Hands-on mentaliteit en ervaring in een productieomgeving die 24/7 draait.
