Job description
Je komt terecht in de engineeringafdeling van een farmaceutische productieomgeving in Beerse. In deze rol neem je projecten op binnen compounding en filling, met focus op steriele productieprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met productie, QA en andere technische teams om projecten efficiënt en compliant uit te voeren. Je rol heeft impact: je ondersteunt de continuïteit terwijl je tegelijk verbeteringen doorvoert. Verwacht een omgeving waar kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om je ervaring in fill & finish verder uit te bouwen binnen een complexe setting.
Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:
- Leiden en opvolgen van projecten binnen compounding en filling
- Coördineren van stakeholders zoals productie, QA en techniek
- Bewaken van timing, scope en kwaliteit van technische projecten
- Ondersteunen van steriele productieprocessen en optimalisaties
- Documenteren en rapporteren volgens geldende GMP-richtlijnen
Your profile
Soft skills
Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt overzicht in complexe projecten. Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en durft initiatief nemen wanneer nodig. Daarnaast ben je nauwkeurig in een omgeving waar kwaliteit altijd voorop staat.Hard skills
- Master of bachelor in een technische richting
- Minimaal enkele jaren projectervaring in pharma
- Ervaring binnen steriele fill & finish omgeving is een must
- Kennis van GMP en farmaceutische processen
- Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
