Job description
In deze rol werk je binnen het MSAT Data Science & Digital Transformation team bij een internationale biotechspeler in Geel. Je vertaalt complexe procesdata naar concrete inzichten die een directe impact hebben op productie, kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Je werkt op het kruispunt van R&D, Manufacturing en Quality en ondersteunt de volledige levenscyclus van bioprocessen. Dankzij jouw statistische expertise help je processen robuuster en beter voorspelbaar maken. Je komt terecht in een sterk internationaal netwerk waar samenwerking en kennisdeling centraal staan.
Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:
- Uitvoeren van statistische analyses voor procesoptimalisatie en karakterisatie
- Ontwikkelen van modellen voor procesmonitoring en trendanalyse (CPV)
- Toepassen van DoE methodologieën voor robuustheid en schaalvergroting
- Ondersteunen van validaties, comparability studies en investigaties
- Opzetten van dashboards en datagedreven rapportering voor stakeholders
- Interpreteren en vertalen van complexe data naar duidelijke inzichten
- Samenwerken met internationale teams binnen MSAT, R&D en productie
Your profile
Must-haves:
- Master of PhD in Statistiek, Data Science of gelijkaardig
- Minstens 3-5 jaar ervaring in pharma of biotech (GMP)
- Sterke kennis van statistiek: regressie, multivariate analyse
- Ervaring met SPC, CPV, DoE en modelvalidatie
- Kennis van R, Python of JMP en vloeiend Engels
